What a beautiful place to try and purchase great coffee. Coffee beans and fruit growing everywhere.

An organic coffee plantation in the mountain village San Sebastian del Oeste is definitely one of Mexico’s Pueblos Magicos! For the first time in my life I saw coffee beans growing in an orchard full of coffee trees, shaded by taller trees bearing grapefruit and oranges. The plantation was established in the 1930’s by the Sanchez family and they are still at it.

A must visit stop in San Sebastian. Coffee grown and roasted right on the property!

They had delicious coffee and their green macaws were stunning:)

Very nice staff and great authentic Mexican food. Would definitely return.

This was our main reason for going to San Sebastian. It was amazing and we bought beautiful coffee and met wonderful people! A highlight of our trip to Mexico

We came into Puerto Vallarta on a cruise ship last month and visited Cafe de Altura in San Sebastian. The coffee here is very, very good. We bought some to take home, but we found out that unfortunately we cannot order their coffee from the United States. This is too bad because good coffee like this is so hard to find.

My husband and i have been to this coffee shop twice, we loved it, we visited their garden, saw the beautiful bird. We purchased their roasted coffee and candy, we would definitely return and highly recommend visiting.
